No DHARANA leaving the duty, only BLACK BADGES

Strike should be banned for working groups having unions. They should not stop work at any cost. They should protest by wearing black badges. Their union representatives 3 to 5 persons should talk the issues with th authority and solve th problems.
Govt should hike the minimum wages immediately, it will help to a great extent to the workers working on daily wage basis in govt and private sectors, like security guards etc.

Instead of feeding the youths with BPL rice they should be linked to food for work programme and Old age pension should be hiked to 3000 per month and given to all non pension holders irrespective of their APL or BPL status.

Any mass money transfer in terms of wages up to Rs 10,000/- per month will augment the tax revenue of th govt and make the livelihood economy vibrant as the entire money will be spent immediately on livelihood purchases.

Govt should try to reduce the income gap.

Our entire state tax revenue is now spent in giving the salary to our employees only.
They should be explained and reminded this fact times and again to make them more responsive to their duties.

In a vibrant media age now there is no need of any dharana, gherao etc leaving one’s duty, this picnical luxury should no more be allowed in a present day media-answerable responsive democratic set up.
