But this is not sufficient

To bring a qualitative change in current education scenarios

try to recruit quality HR ( teachers ), no contractuals in teacher posting – strictly ensure it,

free them from non-educational activities, let the Gram sathi do that job,

motivate the teachers with specialized trainings and monitor their teaching activities using technologies- let the students glorify their teachers through some sort of certification mechanism,

For infrastructural development try to complete atleast one model school per panchayat before 2024.
