should be reserved
for th BPLs only.

I think we should try this for 15 years and assess the result .

Why a APL will be in charge of development of th BPLs ?

To reduce corruption
Sarapanch should get 25,000,
Wardmember 10,000 salary
Abolish PS & ZP member post.
