7th pay commission salary is nothing but
a fund allocation for air polluting Car and Two wheeler companies.

This surplus income will satisfy luxury, it is not need based. Mostly it will be invested in veichles, real estate, donation linked private college higher education of incompetent children of competent parents,and savings like insurance , mutual funds etc.

To balance the gap between rich and poor govt should immediately increase the minimum wage to Rs 500/-

Implement effective schemes to double the income of the producing communities.
A scheme like ‘Mo Gaon, Mo Desh’ should be introduced.

That means a village will be treated as if it is like a country it self ( in respect to its Economic affluency )
