Tell NIC to develop an Krushak Bandhu software compatible to mobile app.
Farmers will upload their cultivation plan with a probable production figure, before Akhya Trutiya ( May ) every year and it will be posted to the central server online.
It will automatically show in the computer system of the concerned AAO of every block.
Your AAO will just counter check it and certify as ok.
Then you release Kalia, Balia money to those farmers bank account only.
When the farmers will reap the crop, again he will upload the production figure and your AAO will counter check it , may be sample check.
Total figure say
the volume of paddy cultivation
Potato cultivation
Ground nut cultivation
Fish cultivation
Milk cultivation
Goat cultivation etc etc
will be available in the central portal.
Accordingly you can demand center for
fertilizer qouta allocation,
Make seeds arrangements,
Make input loan arrangements,
Make crop insurance arrangements,
Make cold storage ready,
Procure befitting farm equipments,
Traders can know in which area what products are going to be available at what time,
so that they can plan their business accordingly…..
like that so many problems can be solved.
If the production hampers , then it is the insurance company who will compensate it ,
your department’s job will be to coordinate it with the insurance company and ensure payment in time.
